If you're researching Stamped pricing because you heard there's a free plan, start here: there isn't one anymore. Stamped's own billing documentation says no free plan is currently available and that the old Starter tier has been discontinued. The Shopify App Store listing shows four paid plans and no trial.
That matters because a lot of what ranks for this search is out of date. Some software directories still show a $0 Stamped plan with a 50-order cap, last refreshed in 2024. Owners read that, plan a migration around it, and meet a $23 charge on the first screen.
So this post does the dull, useful thing. It lists what Stamped costs in October 2026, using the pages Stamped controls. It covers the three Reviews tiers, how orders are counted, what happens when you hit the limit, what loyalty adds to the bill, and how the total compares with Judge.me, Loox, and Yotpo at four order volumes.
It also covers the part pricing pages skip: what it costs, in time and money, to move your reviews in or out.
One note on where I stand. I recommend Judge.me to most new Shopify stores, and I'll explain why below. Stamped is still a reasonable buy for a specific kind of store, and you should be able to tell from the numbers whether that's you.
Does Stamped have a free plan in 2026?
No. Stamped's billing help article, last updated June 29, 2026, lists three paid plan families (Reviews, Loyalty, and Full Suite) and states that no free plan is available. The free tier was wound down during 2025.
There is no free trial on the App Store listing either. The cheapest way in is $23 a month.
If you've had Stamped installed since the free days, open your billing page and confirm which plan you're on now. Don't assume the store is still on a $0 tier because nobody told you otherwise.
This changes the Judge.me comparison more than any feature does. Judge.me still has a free plan with unlimited reviews, photo and video reviews, and rich snippets, and its only paid plan is a flat $15. The full breakdown is in the Judge.me pricing post. If a free tool fits your store, I recommend the free tool.
Stamped pricing: the three self-serve Reviews tiers
The plans a small store can buy without talking to anyone are on the Stamped listing in the Shopify App Store. There are three for reviews. Charges are in USD and bill every 30 days.
| Plan | Monthly price | Orders a month | Cost per order at the cap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reviews | $23 | Up to 200 | 11.5 cents |
| Reviews (1k) | $99 | Up to 1,000 | 9.9 cents |
| Reviews (5k) | $199 | Up to 5,000 | 4 cents |
What every tier includes
The three tiers list the same features: in-email review collection, customizable on-site widgets, photo and video collection, and integrations with Google, Klaviyo, and others. Stamped's site also lists Q&A, Google Shopping, and rich snippets as part of Reviews.
So you are not buying features as you move up. You are buying order volume. That is the single most useful thing to know about how Stamped charges.
The plans sold through Stamped's sales team
Stamped's own pricing page describes a different set of plans. It quotes $199 a month for a single product and $798 a month for multi-product access, and it points smaller and newer brands back to the Shopify App listing.
The same page advertises 50% off until the end of 2026 for new customers. You have to chat with their team to redeem it, so treat it as a negotiated price, not a list price.
How Stamped counts orders, and what happens at the limit
This is where most surprise bills come from. The price is tied to your store's order count, not to how many review requests you send.
Every order counts
Stamped's billing article defines a counted order as any order your online store earns in the period. It counts when the customer places it, whether or not a review request goes out.
Exclusions don't help. If you exclude a product or set a minimum order value, fewer requests are sent, but those orders still count toward your limit.
What happens when you hit the limit
The billing article does not describe an overage fee. Review requests stop sending until you upgrade or the next month begins, and the unsent requests wait in a queue.
The queue holds as many requests as your plan's order limit. Anything past that is archived, so those customers are never asked. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month, even though billing renews every 30 days from your signup date.
The practical risk is seasonal. A store that averages 170 orders can pass 200 in November, and the requests for its busiest weeks sit in a queue until December 1.
The jumps at 201 and 1,001 orders

There is no tier between 200 and 1,000 orders. A store doing 201 orders a month pays $99, the same as a store doing 1,000. That works out to about 49 cents an order at 201, against 11.5 cents at 200.
The second jump is at 1,001 orders, where the price doubles to $199. A store at 2,000 orders pays for 5,000.
If you sit just above a line, the tier you need is the one that covers your busiest month, not your average one.
What does Stamped Loyalty cost?
The App Store listing shows one loyalty plan: Loyalty (5k), at $299 a month for up to 5,000 orders. It includes earning rules and rewards, on-site display widgets, pre-built email and SMS templates, and basic analytics.
There is no smaller public loyalty tier. A store doing 150 orders a month sees the same $299 as a store doing 4,000.
The listing shows no reviews-plus-loyalty bundle price either. Added together, the cheapest Reviews tier and the Loyalty plan come to $322 a month. Stamped's sales-led pricing puts multi-product access at $798 a month before any discount.
Two more numbers are on the direct pricing page. A newer product called Repeat is listed at $299 a month. Direct plans include up to two domains, and each additional domain is $100 a month, with the first month free.
You may see smaller loyalty tiers quoted on other blogs. I couldn't find them on any page Stamped controls, so I've left them out. If loyalty is the reason you're looking, ask Stamped for a written quote at your order volume before you plan around a number.
Stamped cost vs Judge.me, Loox, and Yotpo at four order volumes
Reviews only, monthly list prices, checked in early October 2026.
| Orders a month | Stamped | Judge.me | Loox | Yotpo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $23 | $0 or $15 | $0 (Beginner) | $15 to $89 (Starter, scales) |
| 500 | $99 | $0 or $15 | $0 (at the Beginner cap) | $89 (Starter) |
| 1,000 | $99 | $0 or $15 | $199.99 (Convert) | $129 (Starter) |
| 2,000 | $199 | $0 or $15 | $299.99 (Unlimited) | Not published |

How I got each column:
Judge.me is $0 on the free plan and $15 on Awesome at any volume.
Loox lists a free Beginner plan for up to 500 orders. Convert is $49.99 with 300 orders included, plus $50 for each additional 300, which is $199.99 at 1,000 orders by my math. At 2,000 orders Convert would pass the $299.99 Unlimited plan.
The Loox listing doesn't state the period on the 500-order cap, so confirm it in your own admin. More in the Loox pricing post.
Yotpo is free up to 50 orders. Per Yotpo's reviews pricing page, Starter begins at $15, is $89 at 500 orders, and tops out at $129 at 1,000. Above that there is no public Starter price. The Yotpo pricing post has the rest.
Two things stand out. Stamped is never the cheapest option, because Judge.me is flat. But at 1,000 orders Stamped's $99 is lower than both Loox and Yotpo Starter. Its worst value is the band from 201 to roughly 500 orders, where you pay $99 while Loox may still be free and Yotpo is $89 or less.
For features and widget speed across all four, see the four-app comparison.
When is Stamped worth paying for over Judge.me?
For reviews alone, it's hard to make the case. Judge.me gives a new Shopify store unlimited reviews with photos and video for $0, and $15 covers the rest. That's why it's my default for stores under roughly $200K a year.
Stamped earns its price in three situations.
You want reviews and loyalty from one vendor. Judge.me does reviews only. If a points program is on your roadmap and you'd rather not pair two apps, Stamped is one of the few that does both. Just be honest about the $299.
You run more than one storefront. Stamped's direct plans include two domains and price each extra one at $100 a month.
You sell on more than Shopify. Stamped also runs on other platforms, including BigCommerce.
Before you commit, read the newest reviews on the App Store listing, not only the average. The app holds 4.7 stars across more than 3,700 reviews, and most are five-star. Several 2026 reviews, including from stores on the $199 plan, describe review request queues that stalled and slow support replies.
I can't tell you how common that is. I can tell you it's worth ten minutes of reading before you move a few hundred reviews. The feature-by-feature version of this decision is in the Judge.me vs Stamped comparison.
What it costs to migrate to or from Stamped
Neither direction costs a fee. Both cost time, and one has a catch.
Getting your reviews out of Stamped
Stamped's export guide says you filter your reviews, then download. Any export of more than 50 reviews is emailed to the account's registered address. A complete export of everything on file goes through Stamped support.
That last part is the catch. Request the full export before you cancel, while you're still a paying customer with a reason to be answered quickly.
Getting them into Judge.me
Judge.me's Stamped migration guide says the import is free and usually finishes within five minutes. Review text, ratings, dates, reviewer names, and your replies come across.
Videos are not imported by default. You add them back by editing each review, so count how many video reviews you have before you decide.
The costs that aren't on a pricing page
One overlap month. Keep Stamped running until the new widgets are live and checked. Budget one month of paying for both.
Rebuild time. Request emails, widget styling, and any Klaviyo flows have to be set up again. Plan for an afternoon.
Billing that outlives the app. Stamped bills either through Shopify or directly. If you're billed directly, check Settings, then Accounts, then Billing in the Stamped dashboard after you uninstall, and confirm the charge has stopped.
Wrapping up
Stamped pricing in 2026 comes down to a few plain facts. There is no free plan and no trial. Reviews costs $23, $99, or $199 a month depending on whether your store does up to 200, 1,000, or 5,000 orders, and the features are the same on all three. Loyalty is a separate $299 a month.
The detail that catches people is how orders are counted. Every store order counts, exclusions don't lower the number, and when you reach the limit your review requests stop until the 1st of the next month. The price lines at 201 and 1,001 orders are steep, so pick a tier for your busiest month.
If you only need reviews, Stamped is hard to justify against a free Judge.me plan. If you need reviews and loyalty together, or you run several storefronts, it deserves a real look, along with a written quote and a read of the latest App Store reviews.
And if you're leaving, get the full export in hand before you cancel. That one step protects every review you've collected.
Whichever app you land on, the app is the smaller half of the work. Sending requests on time, replying to every review, and keeping reviews attached when products change is what builds the count. You'll still have to do that part, or hand it to someone.
Rather not run the reviews app yourself?
Studio Niza Reviews Management sets up the app, sends the requests, replies to every review, and moves reviews when a product retires. $299 a month, whichever app you pick.

Frequently asked questions
If you're still unsure after reading these, just send the question.
How much does Stamped cost per month for a small Shopify store? +
Stamped pricing starts at $23 a month for a store with up to 200 orders a month. A store with 201 to 1,000 orders pays $99, and a store with up to 5,000 orders pays $199. All three Reviews tiers list the same features, so the price is set by order volume alone.
Is there a Stamped free trial? +
No free trial is listed on Stamped's Shopify App Store page as of October 2026, and Stamped's billing documentation says no free plan is available. The first charge is the $23 Reviews plan. Stamped's direct pricing page does advertise 50% off through the end of 2026 for new customers who arrange it with the sales team.
Do I pay overage fees if I go over my Stamped order limit? +
Stamped's billing documentation does not describe an overage fee. When you reach your monthly order limit, review requests stop sending and wait in a queue until you upgrade or the next calendar month begins. Requests beyond the size of that queue are archived and never sent.
Does Stamped charge extra for a second store? +
On Stamped's direct plans, up to two domains are included. Each additional domain is $100 a month, with the first month free. The Shopify App Store listing does not state a multi-store price for the self-serve plans, so ask Stamped before you assume a second store is covered.
Is Stamped cheaper than Yotpo? +
It depends on your order volume. Under 50 orders a month, Yotpo is free and Stamped is $23. At 500 orders, Yotpo Starter is $89 and Stamped is $99. At 1,000 orders, Stamped is $99 and Yotpo Starter is $129, so Stamped is the cheaper of the two from there.
What is the stamped.io cost for reviews plus loyalty? +
The Shopify App Store listing shows Reviews from $23 a month and Loyalty at $299 a month for up to 5,000 orders, which adds up to $322 at the smallest reviews tier. Stamped's own site quotes multi-product access at $798 a month through its sales team. No smaller loyalty tier is published, so get a written quote for your order volume.
